Mulberries grow wild in the Hindu Kush mountains in northern Afghanistan. They have a strong taste and a high content of vitamin C. They are dried in the harsh Afghan sun and are sweet and crispy. Use them at breakfast, in cakes or simply as snacks.
Our mulberries come from the company Ziba Foods , which works directly with small farms and cooperatives in Afghanistan and buys products of the highest quality. They are sorted by hand and meet high food standards (HACCP). All products are also tested in Denmark.
