Terms and conditions for trading with warfair ApS

General terms, conditions and prices

PRICES

All prices quoted include Danish VAT (25%). Prices are current prices and are subject to change without notice. You will pay the price at the time of order.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT

The goods will be shipped within 3 business days after the order has been received.

Normally, the goods will be shipped after 1 business day.
When ordering via email or telephone and paying by invoice, 1 to 2 extra days of delivery should be expected.

If the goods are delayed, you will be notified by email or telephone.

Below you can see what your shipping costs are (does not apply for beer):

Denmark (DSV - delivered by GLS):

  • 49 DKK incl. VAT to parcel shop for orders up to 500 DKK
  • 0 DKK incl. VAT to parcel shop for orders over 500 DKK
  • 69 DKK incl. VAT for home delivery for orders up to 1000 DKK
  • 0 DKK incl. VAT for home delivery for orders over 1000 DKK
  • 69 DKK incl. VAT for businesses for orders up to 1000 DKK ordered via the webshop
  • 0 DKK incl. VAT for businesses for orders over 1000 DKK ordered via the webshop

When ordering via email/phone and invoice payment, a shipping and delivery fee of 99 DKK will be charged.

TAX

All prices in Denmark include VAT.
When selling to other EU countries, Danish VAT is normally charged. The buyer must calculate and pay VAT in the EU country where he has his business.

When exporting goods out of the EU (to third countries), Danish VAT is not charged on the sale. For certain services, however, you must provide documentation that the conditions for VAT-free sales have been met.

VAT is not calculated on goods to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

PAYMENT

You can pay with the following cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and American Express.

As soon as we have received your order via the internet, we will send you an e-mail with order confirmation. This e-mail will contain the total payment amount, as well as an order number. The invoice will be sent by e-mail after the goods have been shipped. It serves as your receipt and guarantee certificate.

If you are a company with a CVR.nr. that wants to resell warfair goods, order via e-mail to mail@warfair.org and payment will be made via invoice.

It is not possible to view the invoice subsequently via our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of the invoice by e-mail, please send an e-mail to mail@warfair.org with the order number included.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

As a consumer, you have, except for the items below, a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.

The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to the email that you find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.

Cancellation of part of the purchase.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

Returns

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. (Christmas gifts are exchanged until January 15). You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal

The following agreements cannot be cancelled:

Food or gift packages with food where the seal has been broken.

Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been clearly personalized.

Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Condition of the goods when you return them

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you were trying them on in a physical store, but you may not put them into actual use.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, this may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

We will refund all payments received from you, not including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address.

We do not accept packages that are not delivered or packages sent by cash on delivery.

Uncollected packages:

Uncollected packages that are returned to warfair.org will be subject to a fee of DKK 79.- for shipping and administration. The remaining amount on the order will be refunded to the card used for the purchase. 

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

The Danish Sales Act's rules on defects apply to purchases of goods. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a right of complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months of the fault being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

Note: warfair ApS must be contacted before returning the item in order to provide a return number, as this facilitates our case processing and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent by cash on delivery.

Children and young people under 18 years of age

You must be 18 years of age to shop with us. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have consent from a parent/guardian.

Right to complain

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must write to mail@warfair.org. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:
