Conditions and Rules for Trade with Warfair ApS

General Terms, Rules and Prices


All the stated prices include Danish VAT (25%). Prices are daily prices and can be changed without prior notice. This is the price of the time of ordering you have to pay.

Shipment, delivery and contracting

The item is shipped within 6 business days after the order is received.
In case of invoice payment, 1 to 2 days should be expected extra delivery.
If the item is delayed you will be notified by email or phone.

Usually the goods get off after 1-2 business days.

Orders below 500 DKK:

- 45 DKK incl. VAT for delivery in home

Orders over 500 DKK:
- Free shipping and delivery to either parcel shop or home.

Denmark (GLS):
Orders below 500 DKK:
- 49 DKK incl. VAT to parcel shop 
- 59 DKK incl. VAT for delivery in home
- 45 DKK incl. VAT to Business
Orders over 500 DKK:
- Free shipping and delivery to either parcel shop, home or business.

The rest of the world (DAO):
Sweden: 49 DKK
Germany: 59 DKK
Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland: 69 DKK
The rest of the EU: DKK 79.

All prices in Denmark include VAT.
When selling to other EU countries, Danish VAT is usually charged. The buyer must calculate and pay VAT in the EU country where he has his business.

When exporting goods out of the EU (to 3rd countries), Danish VAT is not charged on the sale. However, for certain services, you must provide documentation that the conditions for the VAT -free sale are met.

VAT is not calculated on goods to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.


You can pay with the following cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and American Express.

As soon as we have received your order via the Internet, we will send an e-mail with order confirmation to you. This e-mail will include the total payment price, as well as an order number. Invoice will be sent by mail after the item has been shipped. It applies as your receipt and warranty certificate.

Are you a company with CVR no. who want to resell Warfair items so order via email And that will be settled via with invoice.

It is not possible to see invoice afterwards via our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of invoice per e-mail then send an e-mail to with order number applied.

Cancellation right

As a consumer, except for the items below, you have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 

The deadline means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will undo your purchase. You can send an email to the email that you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without at the same time notifying us.

Cancellation of part of the purchase.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.


Once you have notified us that you will undo your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. (Christmas gifts were exchanged until January 15). You have to pay for the package yourself and it is you who are liable if an damage occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal

The following appointments cannot be undone:

Foods or gift packages with foods where the seal is broken.

Delivery of goods made according to your specifications or has been given a clear personal touch.

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for returning and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

The condition of the item when you send it return

You are only liable for any deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties of the item and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it in actual use.

If the item is tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you only get a part or none of the purchase amount return, depending on the commercial value of the goods.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, it may result in a loss of impairment of the item.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including not delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we received your message that you will cancel the agreement.

We will reject the money with the same means of payment that you used at the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation for having returned it.

Not picked up packages:

Not picked up packages coming back to, a fee of DKK 79 is charged. for shipping and administration. The remaining amount on the order is put back on the card used during the purchase.

Contact right

The deficiency rules of the Purchase Act apply to goods purchases. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right of complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you discover the error. If you are advertising within two months of the error being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for dispatch so that we can repay your shipping costs.

Note: Warfair ApS should be contacted before returning for the application of a return number as it facilitates our case management and minimizes the expedition time for the complaint.
