Taybeh Golden Lager is Taybeh’s flagship beer, and the first microbrewed beer in the Middle East. Brewed in the hilltop village of Taybeh in Palestine since 1994, Taybeh uses only natural ingredients. A special blend of traditional German hops gives the beer a unique aroma and a well-balanced body. Taybeh Golden is not too hoppy and not too malty, but full-bodied and smooth with a crisp finish. This light and golden beer has a subtle malt character with delicate hop notes that perfectly complement Mediterranean cuisine.
We buy from Taybeh Brewing Co. which is an internationally recognized company that was established in the West Bank in 1994. The company is run by a Christian Palestinian family, and has become a symbol of cooperation, respect and peaceful coexistence between religions in a troubled region.
