Taybeh White is a Belgian Witbier. Taybeh White uses unsprouted Palestinian wheat as well as coriander and oranges to produce a dry but slightly fruity beer. In addition to the airy body, this beer offers a citrusy finish. Taybeh White is unfiltered and is a light to medium-bodied beer that is refreshing for hot summer days.
We buy from Taybeh Brewing Co. which is an internationally recognized company that was established in the West Bank in 1994. The company is run by a Christian Palestinian family, and has become a symbol of cooperation, respect and peaceful coexistence between religions in a troubled region.
