Mulberries grow wild in the Hindu Kush mountains of northern Afghanistan. They have a strong flavor and are high in vitamin C. They are dried in the bright Afghan sun and are sweet and crunchy. Use them for breakfast, in cakes or simply as a snack.

Our mulberries come from the company Ziba Foods (new window), which works directly with small farms and cooperatives in Afghanistan and buys products of the highest quality. They are hand-sorted and meet high food standards (HACCP). All products are also tested in Denmark.
