Nadim Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, elegant and complex wine, displaying flavours of local spices and ripe cherries. Its balanced acidity and persistent tannins mean that this wine can be aged effortlessly for years. Although ready to be enjoyed, Nadim Cabernet will improve significantly with a few years of bottle ageing. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, which adds to its complexity.
This wine pairs well with a rich beef stew, grilled lamb chops or grilled steak. Try this wine with kebab halabi or kibbeh bi-siniyeh. Best enjoyed at room temperature.
