The dried nectarines are the mild Shabhnad variety, which has a fresh acidity and a light, almost tropical taste. The dried peaches have a concentrated sweetness with notes of honey and flowers. They both have a juicy, soft bite which makes them ideal as a natural snack, or as a topping on desserts, ice cream, or yogurt.
We import directly from the company Ziba Foods, which works with small farms and cooperatives in Afghanistan and buys products of the highest quality. They are hand-sorted and meet high food standards.
