Chocolate gorilla from a war zone

We have a new and amazing item for you: A gorilla made from the finest dark chocolate, 63%, organic and vegan!

It was created by Virunga Origins in DR Congo to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Virunga National Park, home to the largest population of endangered mountain gorillas in the world.

The Gorilla weighs 200 grams and comes in the most beautiful tin container, which can be used for cookies or other storage afterwards.

The employees work under the most difficult conditions imaginable. The area has been hit hard in recent months by the war between the DR Congo army and the rebel group M23. There is extreme poverty and large flows of refugees.

Nevertheless, Virunga Origins has managed to produce the chocolate and - in close collaboration with warfair - to have it shipped to Denmark.

Every single chocolate gorilla makes a contribution to income, employment and protecting the unique wildlife in the national park.

Along with the chocolate gorillas, we have also received new supplies of our other products from Virunga.

Thank you for trading for peace.

Kind regards,
the warfair team
