We are proud of our products from Palestine. The extra virgin olive oil is created from the ancient olive trees that are the very symbol of the country - and are ingrained in Palestinian history and culture. Maftoul, the fibrous Palestinian couscous, is gently rolled by hand and sun-dried. Freekeh, the green wheat grains, is harvested early, dried and gently roasted. This is Palestinian food culture at its best.

There are countless reasons to buy goods from the West Bank these days. The quality of the unique Palestinian foods. The pride in local craftsmanship. The jobs that production creates for women and men at a time when poverty and unemployment are rising significantly. And because trading with each other creates cooperation and makes a small contribution to peace.
